Funny you should ask -- I just wrote one of these last week for a V6 client. It is, indeed, your responsibility. In order to avoid audit concerns over QSECOFR authority adoption, I pushed the data against the user master file (ZXU? Sorry, not signed on and this has disappeared from my brain cells among the 2K lines of code I wrote in the last two weeks). The user master is physically deleted under V6. The program hits ZSC, ZMA, ZX2, ZX3, and others based upon the user master. It also cleans up ZMM and ZMO based upon soft deleted records, as well as ZGR. I perform manual OPENS and CLOSES in ADK in order to attempt RGZPFM against all files purged. Remember that this is for _V6_. If you want more complete details, drop me a note and I'll have someone fax me the document that I wrote up on the process... HTH, Dean Asmussen Enterprise Systems Consulting, Inc.
