Even with the beta version of ODW for NT you still will not be able to
modify the clients used for COM and CEA, only the other 'full client' access
programs.  As far as I know they are not releasing the client code.

I think most people would like to be able to modify the client version of
COM Order Processing.  I'm sure there are ways to improve on its
performance.  Since COM is fairly generic and all encompassing, there is
probably some functionality that users don't need, and probably others that
they would like to customize.
