By the way - this search CAN be done for BPCS CD (4.05 CD) more easily. BPCS
CD followed the old way of doing 'releases' (which for some reason was
abandoned on version 6 in the internal SSA tools) - so you have REL01, REL02
and anything done after that is under 'REL03' noted in the BMR itself - you
can search OGS on 'BPCD' release and 'REL03' and you will find all the BMRs
done since REL02, for example. Version 6 is not using this convention, so
there is no easy way for anyone to search this, except by date. The best bet
is to put pressure on development management via your Account Executive,
writing letters, whatever, so that new cumultative packages are done. -- after
all - who wants to get dozens of BMR libraries to apply and manage testing
manually anyway? It is unwieldly, and you often get duplicate objects.
Currently, word is that the work on 6.1 BPCS is what is preventing them from
packaging/testing another cume.

Another way to search on BMRs (all for a particular program group for example)
is to try searching on release and product by generic. So if you want to
update ORD programs, search on 6004 and 'ORD*' and get the dates past April
again. This will bring up all BMRs with program objects starting with 'ORD'.
Remember - if 10 BMRs list ORD550, you don't need all 10 -- any 1 BMR on that
program will bring in the changes done by the other 9 BMRs (plus dependent
fixes that may be on other product/programs), because the BMR packaging system
only picks the current code level of ORD550 -- BMR numbers actually mean very
little (they are NOT like IBM PTF numbers) - the date the BMR was cut means
more - read the BMR report in the BMR library to see all the BMRs included in
the library you recieve.

Thanks
