If you make use of OGS Online, in the BMR section, you can find this out for
yourself, but it will take time to read through the results. Just search the
release field for 6004, and look for BMRs with program objects completed after
April, and yes you can search on the priority field to, for priority 'A' ( or
'D' for performance BMRs, for example - there have been a lot of those entered
on version 6 in the last several months, and some are actually complete, and
others list logical files as workarounds). 

The real problem is that development is not putting out another cumulative -
and the SSA Helpline has no way to collect all bmrs done since a particular
date - the BMR packaging programs run by BMR number I am told, and not date
completed. They use the same search tools internally for BMRs (OGS) that their
customers do.
