What we have done for month end is write CL programs that change the data area's and set the parameters correcty.
Another Idea is to look at a product called Robot that runs on a AS/400 - it has great job scheduling capablities.

Subject: Automating month-end process
I am new to this list and relatively new to BPCS. I am looking for info on
automating the jobs that need to be run at month-end.
We are running 6.0.02 Client Server.
Short of bring down the QBATCH and SUBSYSN subsystems, there does not seem
to be an easy way to get a "dedicated" machine.
I have last months job log for all the jobs we have determined that need to
be run at month-end. I originally was going to do my own SBMJOB but have
run into trouble with getting all the parms passed on the command. This
still seems like it should be the way to go - but.
Thanks to all for your input.
