Yes.  There is a program called SPLTOOL that will "reprint" a spool file to a 
PC folder or file, and then allow you to download to PC.  It also solves the 
AS/400 network print problem of restarting at a certain page.  I do not have 
the web site in front of me, but it can be found in the News/400 magazine 
concerning printing with TCP/IP and NT.  Something like prairie.lakes 
(something like that)
