No ... MS4 does not convert the AS/SET action diagram - only works on the
generated code.  That is one of the downfalls of this solution ... each time a
program is modified, you have to rerun it through the tool (however, this takes
about 3 minutes ... not really a big deal, just becomes a part of the change
management routine).
