The six weeks included (1) converting all the files and programs (2) doing
the manual mods which were supplied by Nexgen (3) running cross checks to be
sure the objects came from the correct source--I compared the old
source/objects to the new source/objects to be sure I set everything up
correctly and that we did have all the source for the objects-- (4) having
the IS staff try running every program and selecting every menu option, both
BPCS and custom.

We spent three months testing with the users and operations staff in the
current year, jumping 2000 and in the year 2000.
