I recall several of us experiencing this. No idea what triggers it.
Changing from one editor window to another is the workaround for me.

2. But I used CL recently, and one time after saving, the "source changed" asterisk reappeared. I then did 'undo' to see what was going on, and each undo was taking me to each ENDDO in the source.

Never seen this but I haven't done much CL since 9.0.1.
