Yeah, what you call the compile issue is the same thing as what I refer to as the verify issue - where those options are disabled.
This could be a part of that, but I was thinking those options were available and only the (single) save button was disabled. The multi-save button is enabled in the situation I'm referring to.
I'll try to keep an eye open for whether or not the compile/verify options are disabled when I'm seeing this save issue.

Not the same issue, but awhile back I opened a PMR due to the compile options being grayed out. I thought they had it fixed in 9.0.1... until it happened yesterday for the first time. And this is another one of those I cannot reproduce on demand either...
