Webfacing using existing web page

I saw a demo by George Farr of IBM at the Toronto Users Group Conference
that showed using an existing web page as a template for the "style" of
a web faced application.  Does anyone know how to do this?  I think it
might be using the Page Designer, but I am not sure.
