RE: PTF check in WDSC 5.1

I had a similar experience yesterday on a V5R2 system.  I had to order them
all via SNDPTFORD command (which is pretty fast with the Universal
Connection).  For V5R2, SI08018 was not available electronically (similar to
your SI08016) so it is being mailed.

It's like iPTF isn't working or something.
