Great!  To borrow an old movie cliche:  "If you build it, they
will come."  It also helps to advertise, though.

Your conditions are perfectly reasonable and that's how "open
source" software is normally treated anyways.  But it should
also be clarified that this is not necessarily "public domain"
software.  Normally, the copyright of most open source software
is still owned by the author, so by posting your code publically
in this way, you are not giving up any of your rights to your code.

maintaining your rights, visit <http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/gpl.html>.

BTW Bob, if you don't mind, I do have one complaint about your web
site.  Could you fix it so those of us without 1600x1200 pixel
monitors can view it without having to scroll left to right?
(It probably has something to do with tags like <TD WIDTH="1044">.
I've heard some real horror stories about MS Frontpage.)
