Bob,

If you're taking votes, count me in for HTML as a first choice and PDF as a
second if you -really- have to control presentation.

As good a Notes may be, a user/developer can get HTML/PDF readers free.  Free is
good.

It's kind of hard to index ASCII text and allow one to jump around based upon
references within the text.

And, finally, because of my personal feelings, please don't require one to
purchase a particular vendors product just to read documentation.
