A "user" is a programmer, not a user on the system.  I saw the quantity
pricing too, and wondered how many companies have 250+ programmer seats.

But don't worry your wife.  :)  You can't buy a copy anyhow unless you buy
the AS/400 too.   

But your employer can buy it, and should at least evaluate it or at least
some editor.  (btw, $1,250 is a whole lot less than your PC's software
bundle over 5 years, and a lot more useful to a programmer.)
