Word mail merge

I am receiving the message "Unable to obtain list of tables from the data 
source" when attempting to use an ODBC connection to retrieve data into MS 
Word 2003 SP2.  Our iSeries is at V5R2M0.  My iSeries Access is V5R2M0 
SI04484.

I trying to mail merge from an iSeries DB file into a Word document.  I have 
tried User, File, and System DSNs with the same results.

Has anyone seen this before?
