Have you tried getting hold of Symantec ? Wasn't sure if you can "talk" with
them for free or not (?).

Situation:
You need some assistance with the WinFax Starter Edition (SE) provided with Microsoft Outlook 98 or Microsoft Outlook 2000.
Solution:
The WinFax Starter Edition is a reduced version of WinFax PRO that is included with Microsoft Outlook 98 (using Internet Mail Only mode) or Outlook 2000. Support for this product is offered by Microsoft, not Symantec.
