A client I have has a similiar position. They call it the "Console Operator" as the encumbent is in charge of all of the printers, forms changes, handling paper jams, varied clerical tasks, answering user questions, setting up the backup to run each night, etc. As a comic side note the current encumbent is an MCSE that most probably could not find employment any where else because of his apperance and social graces. But he is a genius. He also set up the PC network attached to the AS/400, and related network security issues.
