Item 1: PTF Groups disabling heritage navigator
The only group ptf to render heritage navigator zapped will be for 7.5.
There are ptf's to zap navigator on earlier releases but they will never be
in the http group ptf. I guess IBM figures companies running 7.5 are not
as adverse to change as previous releases. The individual PTF's you will
need are listed at
https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/1164076
You can check for the existence of those PTF's.
I suppose you can really ramp up IFS and other object auditing and see what
gets whacked when you apply those PTFs.
Or dump an ifs file listing and compare before/after.

Item 2: Artifacts
Right now it looks like lines within a file are all that I see documented
at https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/6570961
Can you figure out what jar files are removed by the following?

We'll need to know your version of IBM i and your http ptf group level.
Why? One example is that at http level 2 on 7.5 the heritage Navigator
has
been removed.

Thank you, Rob. That is precisely one scenario that I am trying to
either confirm or rule out. We are on 7.4 and just last weekend
updated to TR9.

If I'm understanding correctly, I need to look at

SF99662 - 740 IBM HTTP Server for i

We're at level 34. Is there anything else to check?

I was actually envisioning that maybe there would be some visible
artifacts from installation, like compiled objects or JAR files or
whatever, that are necessary for heritage Navigator to function; and
that one could check for the existence of those, and if they're
missing, then regardless of PTF group levels, the application is
missing.
