Hi Rob,

I too have a non email address IBM ID.

And the password complexity may be questionable.

But I am still able to log in.

Cheers

Don

I've been a customer of IBM's so long I have two sign on ids. One not an
email address and one is an email address. I've had the same password on
the first one for quite some time now. Today I had a lot of problem
logging in. I broke down and finally used the forgot my password link.
IDK if they

- just started implementing an expiration date
- hashed the old one and determined it wasn't complex enough (it
wasn't)
- compared the two ids and noticed the passwords were different
- Or if I did something untoward unknowingly.

You might want to check your login prior to it becoming an urgent thing.
