The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

There are a few issues to this waiting:
1 - Getting 'hit' while waiting.
2 - Let's say there was an issue but the issue is fixed by a new PTF. Do
you put the fixing PTF on also or do you wait a few weeks to see if that
one has an issue and just put on the first ptf?
3 - Waiting too long that experts can't remember the issues. For example,
someone wants to upgrade to 7.2 now. Heck for many of us we can hardly
remember any issues upgrading to 7.5 because we did it over a year ago.
How are we supposed to remember any issues with 7.2?
