I know you got a lot of advice, but we used to be  heavy SNDNETF through SNADS shop, but we've switch to FTP because it's much faster and no setup.

If you're interested I can send you a generic REXX script that can FTP anything from point a to b, either direct (GET OR PUT).  It can be embedded into a program or callled via command from a command line.

Hello all,

We are having an issue using SNDNETF to send files between two of our IBM i partitions. We know why this is. We do not have the MSF jobs running in the QSYSWRK subsystem on the "receiving" partition. This is because we don't want inadvertent emails going out from our test system to customers that look exactly like ones from our production system. Does anyone know if there's some sort of "happy medium" in the configuration where SNDNETF will work without the MSF jobs running, or maybe a way in the config to prevent all emails from leaving the system? Any input would be most appreciated. Thanks!
