The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Indeed. I'm frequently guilty of asking the List when I'm just beginning
to research a problem, or when I'm having trouble even knowing where to
look, or even instead of researching it myself, but usually not like
this. Not even with that SNDDST issue from last week.

(Incidentally, with regard to the "SNDDST" issue, I ended up bypassing
it entirely, since our maintenance account on the box was almost
certainly simply not configured to use SNDDST, and there was an easier
solution that avoided having their box send the email at all.)
