What are you trying to accomplish?

If you want a file like this, you'll have to copy your individual source
files, one at a time, into it. There is no way to deal with
duplicate member names. And I think you'll be limited to 32,767 members in
this "master" source file, which IIRC is the maximum number of members
allowed in a physical file (a source file is a special instance of a
physical file).
