Depends on where you are.

In our case we download using sFTP and Python on the IFS so that's where we edit the .xml.

If you are already in the db2 side of the world then embedding into RPG is probably the way to go.

Subject: Good way to identify malformed XML?

I have services that receive XML files (1-2K / day). I'm looking for a
quick and easy way to identify malformed XML. None of the XML supplies
schema info and they have a variety of data layouts. I'm just looking for
a way to identify the malformed XML files.
