But you were already, just not all of them. Let me be the second to try to explain this to you.
You put on PTF SI12345. It fixes QCMDEXC. You put it on temp.
Next month you put on PTF SI23456. Hark, it fixes QCMDEXC again. Since it does that it has to put SI12345 on permanently, and then marks it superceeded. At this time there is no way to RMVPTF SI12345.
