We do a full save & PTF's monthly. I've thought about doing a perm apply on some type of schedule, I've just never seen a compelling reason to skip new PTF's for it.

Many of our MSP clients apply new PTFs twice a year. There's a nice cadence...apply temp, three months later apply perm, three months later apply temp, and so on.
