I do not have 5716DP4 but I still have
ASP
Library Attribute Device Text
ASN PROD DATAPROPAGATOR/40

The only things in that library are:
Object Type Library Attribute Text
QSQJRN3297 *JRNRCV ASN
QSQJRN *JRN ASN
IBMSN00001 *FILE ASN PF IBMSNAP_CD_CNTL
IBMSN00002 *FILE ASN LF
IBMSN00003 *FILE ASN PF IBMSNAP_CCPPARMS
IBMSN00004 *FILE ASN PF IBMSNAP_UOW
IBMSN00005 *FILE ASN LF

The 'Text' is the long table name.

I have no library called QDP4.

Is it possible that the "IBM" library was called QDP4 and was deleted with
DLTLICPGM? And, the library ASN is considered the "user" data library and
is not deleted with DLTLICPGM but must be deleted with just DLTLIB?

Kind of like a performance data collection library?
