My first thought - probably too late - is, did you check for the Data 
Propagator licensed program (using GO LICPGM). The cautions you received 
from Jim and others might should have led you there.

DLTLICPGM might still get you cleared up.

If it's not in GO LICPGM, then someone else will have to help you out.

BTW, who created library ASN? Who is the owner?
