SQL & PTFs: I only know of one sql function that checks ptf currency. And
that is GROUP_PTF_CURRENCY. That has a few limitations:
One, it only checks groups. It doesn't check by product, or whether or
not any individual PTF's you have are superceeded.
Two, it's an inner join, not an exception join or join all. IOW, it will
only tell you the groups you have are current or not. If you don't have a
particular group loaded it will not tell you that you do not have it.

The point of my sql post was only to tell you that there is a 'dspobjd'
like sql function, but it lacks any ptf information in it. You have to
fall back on other techniques; like dspobjd to an outfile.
