At first I suspected that Zend was mistaken, but there is a 7.2 version of
5733SC1.

Follow these steps carefully,

Open
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/ssw_ibm_i_72/rzahg/ic-homepage.htm?lang=en
Select "IBM i and related software"
Select "Installing, upgrading, or deleting IBM i and related software"
Select "Upgrading or replacing IBM i and related software"
Select "Preparing to upgrade or replace IBM i software"
Select "Verifying the contents of your software order"
Select "Verifying the correct optical distribution media"
Select "Latest version of media labels and their contents"
Select "Media labels and their contents"
Use Ctrl-F in your browser to search for SC1.
You will find in on the DVD you need.

If not, then you can order it from ESS (aka Entitled Software Support).

The steps above may give you some clues to how to upgrade it.

Reinstall PTF's.
