Just to verify that your message never made it to my inbox or spam filter. I receive many of your e-mails (and always read them carefully :-)), so I have no idea why this one wouldn't make it, although I do occasionally find one of your e-mails in the company spam filter - possibly for the reasons you mention.

   I am once again left wondering if my messages might just never make their way to the email list [noting that I post via NNTP; most recently via news.gmane due to the demise of news.midrange], or if perhaps [and I suppose not surprisingly, maybe per a dislike of my writing style, such as this parenthetical] my replies are the victim of killfiles\filters such that they are never seen.?

   I can find nary a functional difference between the first line of my reply to the Opening Post made last month, and the above reply from Carsten.  There were differences, but only cosmetic changes; I had trimmed the "-01" after the www to make the URL possibly remain functional through site maintenance, and I had delimited the URL to notify my email client that the URL as outgoing message text must be treated as contiguous and not wrapped to a new line:
