Subject: Is Fix Central taking an extraordinarily long time to respond to PTF orders?
It seems like it's taking almost 8 hours for Fix Central to respond with an order number and status for a PTF order. Is anyone else experiencing this?
It gets really frustrating when you're trying to fix a problem that only requires a PTF and you can't get it in a reasonable time.
