FWIW - as long as people continue to use SEU then the
'legacy/outdated/AS400' perception will persist. If you want your users and
management to see that it truly is a modern system then you should be the
point-person showing them what new, improved and modern tooling brings to
your business. And it doesn't stop with SEU - it means ILE, SQL and the
other stuff too that others have mentioned in this thread.
