I'm in jail at Fix Central. I have been told by IBM hardware support to
download a specific PTF. When I go to fix central, it tells me that there
is a problem with my account's email verification and I need to contact
support. When I call the support number, I'm told by someone with an
in-determinant accent that they can't help me with that. I've tried
sending an email request for clarification, but I'm stuck now.
