A Query/400 "Report Break" is *not* the equivalent of a GROUP BY.
Yet a GROUP BY may be able to produce effectively the same as what a
particular Query Definition would, possibly only with ROLLUP [or an
equivalent] if the *QRYDFN is not run solely for "Summary Only"; i.e.
the effect from RUNQRY OUTFORM(*SUMMARY)
