Ken,

Do know what needs to be setup on the i5 so I can forward an email from Exchange to a POP3 i5 mailbox, mail will then reside on IFS /QTCPTMM/MAIL/New box to be created.
Is this correct?

Thanks
Paul

Maybe, not sure. I'm confused that if the replies are currently ending up in my Exchange email box, how would it get to the POP3 server.
Remember, the i5 originates the email, but Exchange is sending it.

As I mentioned previously in this discussion, it doesn't matter how the email is going out. As long as the replies are being sent by Message-Media as normal emails, the regular email rules will apply to determine what server to deliver it to.

Once the email hits the Exchange server, you can use a rule to forward it to another email address that includes the i host name. Said rule would need to look for strings in the headers and/or subject and/or body to determine which emails to apply the rule to.

I.e. if your domain were example.com, forward/redirect to someemailaddress@xxxxxxxxxxxxx where i.example.com resolves to the IP address of your i system.
