There's not just one Apache Server, there's one for each instance. Only one of
hem is monitoring port 80, of course.
Use NETSTAT option 3 to find the job that's monitoring port 80 or whatever other
orts your Apache Server instances may be monitoring. The jobname should guide
ou to the name of the instance. Then you can use ENDTCPSVR *HTTP
TTPSVR(instance-name) to end it or STRTCPSVR similarly to start it.
