That means that Media and Storage Extensions are registered to BRMS
which is on the system. BRMS recognised that is was not a BRMS tape
rather a 'foreign' tape and let you know that it used the tape, but you
may wish to check it. There is a setting that will cause BRMS (via
Media and Storage Extensions) to stop any 'foreign' tape usage on the
system.
A 'foreign' tape is one that is not registered with BRMS and therefore
may be a security risk.
