Into which IFS directory did you download the cume? I did the IBM service
packs a few days ago, and the TR5 is in the SF99707 PTF, not the cume.
I used the GO CMDIMGCLG menu, created 3 image catalogs named CUME, DB, and
FIXES and let the system create the directories for me. Then, I used the
FTP download part of ordering the service packs. The email I got back gave
me the instructions that I plugged into my FTP script program, and
submitted the download to batch. The next morning, the .bin files were
sitting in the appropriate directories. All I had to do was load the image
catalog I wanted to my virtual optical drive and then option 8 on the GO
PTF menu let me install the cume, followed by the DB fix, followed by the
groups and HIPERS. I rebooted the system after the cume, and again after
the DB and the other fixes.
