Using QSYRUPWD to write a script file

fixed

We use to use FTP scripts to send data to windows servers, we had to
stop for security concerns.

We now create shared directories on the IFS, our programs place data in
these directories using cpytoimpf or the IFS read/write methods (Scott
Klement has examples on how to do this).
