at v6r1, if you have QCTL as controlling sbs (see sysval qctlsbsd)
this is the order in the shipped qstrup clp
(after qserver & qusrwrk (and i usually add a delay here..)
QSYS/STRSBS SBSD(QINTER)
QSYS/STRSBS SBSD(QBATCH)
QSYS/STRSBS SBSD(QCMN)
QSYS/STRSBS SBSD(QSPL)
start writers...

QCMN
