Option 40 on the Licensed Programs menu

You will need the system to be in a restricted state to create the DVDs. If you go to physical media be prepared for A REALLY LONG TIME!

How does one generate that? Doing a full system save to image catalogs
and burning that to DVD's? Does one have a custom lpar that has just the
OS and all licensed programs for doing just this?
