Years ago had a lady working for me that spent three days on paper modifying a huge O/E program followed by an entire day editing it. Her first compile failed due to a misspelled file name so she wanted to fix just that and try again. She hit '4' enter enter enter 2 enter' thinking she was going to kill the spooled file then get back to PDM and her source member. Sadly somehow got 'enter 4 enter enter 2 enter' and her source member was gone. She was in total panic and offered me anything if I could undue her oops. Fortunately I had all the source files journaled much to her relief!!

Kind of makes you jump, when you get the "Do you really want to delete
xxxxx?" confirmation screen, don't it?
