Oh, hell yes! In my test environment my test libraries all have the same
name as production preceded with a 'T'. I usually read it a dozen times
just to make sure.

Same thing when I use STRSQL to mass delete records. I usually sit there
for 10 minutes reading and re-reading the DELETE statement ("Do I really
want to do this?").

Has anybody ever meant to put a "5" on a member, and put a "4" on it by
mistake?

Kind of makes you jump, when you get the "Do you really want to delete
xxxxx?" confirmation screen, don't it?
