Case for /QSYS.LIB can be important. That file system does
support mixed case and certain special characters in object names.
That lower case support is available only for when the name is
delimited, and the quotes as delimiter then become part of the name.
Thus to access file QGPL/"abc" the case of QGPL is irrelevant, but
the "file" name may need additional delimiting to prevent folding in
some cases; e.g.:
wrklnk '/QSYS.lib/qgPl.lib/''"abc"''.file/*'
