You don't want one huge service program. It will be slow to load. You want
to break things down into modules with similar functions in one module and
then modules bound together as service programs that do similar things. For
example, Standard Error Handling in one service program. String functions in
another. Inside of standard string functions I have 4 modules that do
different things.

I would assume that you do not use every function in every module on every
program. That some things are used in one place and not in others.

module in every program. Hopefully you are not creating one
service program for all of that.
