Usually the ReSaves are just the I_Base_01 CD, and not the B29xx_01 and
B29xx_02 CDs/DVDs. So, you only get the MF PTFs and not the SI PTFs. I
usually do around 75 i5/OS upgrades a year, and I always pull the latest
I_BASE_01 CD down from IBM for all the releases, as it not only insures that
I have the most current set of MF PTFs *during* installation, but makes the
loading and applying of PTFs much quicker. On 6.1 for instance, they are on
their 6th version of the I_BASE cd since 6.1 came out. I think V5R4M5 is
also on their 6th, but V5R4M0 is on about their 9th.

I can only remember once since V5R4 came out that they resaved the B2924_01
CD.

Is a "resave" just the IBASE CD or is it both that and the two "B" cd's
(or one DVD in 6.1)?
