Nah... have some graphs running as I watch their website chug away...
bandwidth is fine. Can browse numerous other sites in the same way.

I think it is much worse on the V6R1 Infocenter for some reason.

Maybe an issue with your internet connection? I get 3.63 seconds for the
initial page to load on V5R4
Infocenter.
