Oh that's too funny. You guys are sounding so alike in your EGL-bashing
that I'm getting you confused <grin>.
Seriously, guys, use the tool or don't. But if you don't use it, you don't
have the right to challenge it technically. You can bitch all you want
about it being an IBM language or requiring J2EE or whatever, that's your
prerogative. But you can't complain about the ride unless you actually
drive the car.
If you're willing to wait until the new year, I'll have a bunch of really
cool EGL examples up and running. And trust me, by the time you see what's
in 7.0, 7.1 will be out and it will blow your mind.
